Good product, delivery could improve
I ordered the Queen of Hungary Mist and the Thermal Cleansing Balm. The products themselves are fantastic, really luxurious feel and they smell great. My skin has felt much better since I started using them. I got the free luxury delivery, and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. However, the packaging inside the box was a bit sparse; the items were just rattling around a bit. For a premium brand, I'd expect a bit more attention to detail there. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but a little more care in packing would go a long way.
